The Summit Health Patient Portal uses athenahealth to help you access your health information for different doctors’ offices with just one email and password. Follow the steps below to log in.

1. Navigate to the Portal: Visit the Summit Health Patient Portal Login.
2. Select Your Location or Provider Type: Choose the specific Summit Health location or program (e.g., Westmed, NJ Urology, CityMD Urgent Care) aligned with your provider.
